We are Home!!!
We brought our baby boy home on Thursday! I have been so snowed under that I can't remember if I posted this already or not! The birthmom signed on Thursday so we have ten working days to see if she changes her mind. Samuel is an incredible baby boy. I never dreamed I would take a newborn baby home from the hospital! God is good! I love being a mommy--my house is a perpetual mess, but I am happy, happy!

Let me be the first (since everyone else is asleep!) to say WELCOME HOME and congratulations! I am sure you will breathe a huge sigh of relief and we will breathe a huge COLLECTIVE sigh of relief once the waiting period is over. Samuel is breathtakingly beautiful!! Perfect....what a stunning baby boy!! Does it feel like you're living someone else's dream right now? AMAZING....SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! Hugs and love from us to all of you!! Jen and Addison Grace, too!

Congratulations! God is truly amazing. You have your hands full now, but those two children will be so blessed to grow up together. My brother and I are only 16 months apart in age and we were each others favorite playmate growing up. You are blessed!

Congratulations! I have been praying for you and your family--but I forgot that with you having a newborn and a toddler, I should also pray for your sanity! (Been there, done that myself!)
Thank you for keeping us posted. God is so amazing! You started out your plan for a domestic adoption, then were led to a Guatemalan adoption, and now have come full circle to a domestic Guatemalan adoption--what a sense of humor He has! Carolyn
