Out of PGN!!!
Hi! I have not had my time line posted all along. We had some concerns at first because we were the second family adopting our baby. We often were not getting specific dates and our atty was not always doing what she needed. Still we are making good time. But it might be because I became a aggressive woman after the Hague. I need to say thanks to LauraPO322 for her input on getting the Embassy to do what they needed. Hang in there Myelijah! She'll come home because of you. A lot of you also helped with potty training my son. He started potty training on 7/11 and is doing excellently. Having an accident about once per week (day and night). I am so proud of him. We went into PGN on 7/14, KO 7/28, back in 8/1 out 8/12. Now we just need *mom sign off and the rest of the stuff to get pink. I have a good agency, the atty is now working with another agency.
Allison Mom to Daniel, home 1/2004 Wating for Ruth and Pink DOB 1/24/05 DOR 4/14/05 4/18 Dossier in GC POA in GC 4/20/05 Visit 5/17-19--found out atty was not doing anything with our case until she got full payment for 1st family. Atty looked straight in my eyes and said she would submit files the next day to get case moving REGARDLESS of what she worked out with agency 5/31 atty received full last payment for 1st family--she refused to call our agency or communicate by email, so they just paid her money they did not collect 6/1 Gee how money talks--atty submitted files to Fam Court and US Embassy 6/23 email from Embassy saying they transferred already completed DNA from 1st family to our file. Took email from Senator's office 7/6 Preapproval 7/14 enter PGN 7/28 KO unofficial copy of baby's BC in file 8/1 re enter PGN 8/12 out!!! Waiting for pink (one of the last cases for this atty with our agency!)

Glad to see you are out!! I have the same lousy attorney by the way - glad your stay in PGN was less than mine! Maybe she is getting straightened out and will get my GCBC in a reasonable time!!!

that is wonderful news! I am so thrilled for you. You have been a great help to me through our situation. Thank you! We did find out that the letter from the first family has been received and our attorney will submit it next week to the Embassy. So, I am feeling a bit more positive. I know you must be ecstatic! Hoping you will bring your baby home very, very soon.
