HI All,

Some of you may have seen this on another list serve, but I just got this email today from the person at EMK Press who is reviewing all the photos already submitted, and she still has need for some SPECIFIC types of pictures. Here's what she said:

"I would also appreciate it if you could tell others on the Guatemala lists that I still have need for a few photos. [B]Going to school, Mom and child shots (looking for a nose to nose one....and mom holding baby in sling) and any other attachment parenting mom/dad and baby interaction shots would be great. Closer shots of faces are better and the children can be of any age. [/b] All people in the photo do need to sign a release so keep that in mind for shots with friends. Send people here to download a release and ignore the deadline printed on it.... "

This is a good opportunity to help out a publisher with a book that will be called "Adoption Parenting: Creating a Toobox, Building Connections" which she says should be released sometime this fall. So, act NOW, as the deadline has already passsed!!! Check the website for DETAILED instructions on how to submit photos.

Ok, not sure what happened with the format of the text there, but you get the idea anyway. She is looking for only CERTAIN types of pictures for those she has not already selected for the book.

How many of you submitted photos, just out of curiosity? I'm hoping that this nice lady comes to work tomorrow and opens her email to lots of GREAT pics!!
