back again - round 2
After lurking again for a long time, I am happy to report we have accepted a referral of a little boy born 6-21. We are so excited ,and so hopeful that God will not bless us with the Hauge mess we once had!

Congratulations!
We surprised ourselves by decided to go into round 2 only 10 months after our son was home. We thought we would never do this again and have an only child. It has been a relative smooth ride compared to the Hague mess. But the waiting is still hard because now you expect things to go more quickly. And they do, it is just never fast enough. We were in PGN 16 days and got kicked out Friday. We went back in today and have been told we will be out with no more KO's in 2 weeks. Not bad.

Congrats! We are back now for Round #2 as well after surviving the Hague Mess of 2003. Still waiting for our homestudy visit. Maybe we'll have a referral before the year is out???
Prayers for a speedy and uneventful process for us both this time around!

Congrats to you! I understand about being "adoption-shy" due to the Hague. But I am so glad we took the plunge -- it is great to be a family of 4! I will be praying for a smooth adoption journey this time around.
