? about pink
Hi all

I believe that my attorney should be submitting all my documents to the Embassy today and I will be waiting on Pink. I have checked and my Cable 37 is at the Embassy and approved - is there anything else that could possibly hold up Pink? I waited so long on the CR I want to check everything I can to ensure no delays on the Pink slip.

Tookie, You can e-mail this address and ask if they have received the cable 37. AdoptGuatemala@state.gov I just gave them my husband and I's names and the name of the child we were adopting. It took about 3-4 days to get a response. The first response was that they did not have our cable. I did get a confirmation after my cable 37 was sent for the second time. I hope this helps.

Rae, I really hope that your pink is issued in the 48 hour time frame. You have waited long enough to bring your little one home. I'll be praying that you get good news this week.

I have a very stupid question - what is a Cable 37? I have not heard of it and my agency certainly hasn't mentioned it......that scares me. HELP!!!
