We got preapproval!!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you Lord!!! I just got the email this morning that we were released yesterday. Oh my God! I feel like we were in there forever! I still know nothing about Family Court though. I still have to wait to be released from Family Court don't I? Could we go into PGN soon? I can't stop crying....imagine how I will be when we are released from PGN!

Wonderful. I was just looking at the PAW list and thinking of you. It is so great to see the embassy moving.
You must be out of family court to go into PGN. We were out of FC and didn't know it. Now we sit and wait and wait for preapproval. Congratulations!!!!

Congratulations! I hope you hear something about FC soon. Do you know which court you are in? We are in FC 3, which is anti-adoption, so it's taking a lot longer. This is our 9th week in FC, but I'm praying we'll be out soon and into PGN.

Thanks Guys,
I do not know which court I am in. I have an agency that tells me nothing. I just wrote an email asking which court I am and what is going on with Family Court but I'm not holding my breath for an answer. I will get an answer that states, "We don't have those details" or something similar. There were 15 others that were emailed of preapproval also attached to my email so at least they are doing something at the Embassy. Yipeee!!!! Yipeeee! Come on let some more approvals be issued today!!!

Congrats!!! The strange thing is that we got out of family court in less than 3 weeks, but have been waiting for this crazy pre-approval. I guess it probably all evens out in the end. Good luck with PGN!! Ali

I am unsure about our FC too. I am almost 100% certain the interview was done in late June, but I have not received a recent update to know if we are out or not.  I didn't know they had an anti-adoption court?!  I pray we are not in that one, but with our luck, we probably are. On to PGN. I hope your stay there is short.
