New to the group

Hi my name is Heather and my family and I have been in the adoption process for about 3 1/2 years now. We were working on bringing home two boys home from Samoa, unforutnelty for us the boys have been reunited with thier brith mother. So we have descided to try another course in our journey. After much prayer and talking we have deciced that our hearts are bringing us to Guatemala. I was hoping that some of you could guide us with our journey. THanks any help owuld be great. I look forward to hearing for you all.

Welcome!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that things hadn't worked out with your Samoan adoption, but hopefully, you will have a wonderful Guatemalan adoption!

Have you chosen an agency yet? If not, many of us have lots of advice for you on agencies to avoid, and the really good ones you might want to look at.

Heather,

I am so sorry for the loss of your two boys. It is such a difficult thing to lose referrals.

Welcome to the Guatemalan forum! I hope you are able to find the info and support you need. There's plenty of both here!

Good luck with your new adoption(s)!

Kim
