Aacckkkk----how can this be???? My daughter's case is rapidly moving towards pg. 1 and after our long process and wait for preapproval I don't want to make it to page 1 ----- I just want OUT!!!!
That being said, I'm not sure exactly what is going on. I was asked for additional information today, so don't if that means we have been KO'd again or if this is from the original KO. I just pray this is it and we are out soon. For all of you long time PGN waiters --- I apologize for whining. I know this wait is excruciating and I am pulling for all of you as well. I accepted my daughter's referral on June 9th of last year and we just made it to PGN in late May. The waiting STINKS and I hope it's over for all of us soon.

We're not out of PGN, but they did submit our preapproval today. I keep thinking that someone at the front desk gets our preapproval and screams, "Hey! I've got the Richards' paperwork! Add it to their file!!!!" But I'm almost positive it doesn't work that way. Maybe when I retire I can go down and work in PGN and be the "screamer" up front. Then everybody's paperwork will get where it needs to go in a timely fashion!!!!

effective 6/22. I was told that is when our file will be brought to PGN. I prefer to use this date since our little angel will be 5 months old that day, maybe this will bring us some luck.
Sending lots of love and positive energy to the top 10 of the list. Let's make some room for the new comers!!! This part of the proces is so scary, you almost don't want to add your name! But I look at the people at the top with such admiration and realize we are all capable of the impossible. Many blessings to all of you!!

When I checked this post today, I looked for my name on the second page where it normally is and I didn't see it. For a second I got all excited (like I would hear I was out of PGN from the forum) and then realized,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I have moved up to page 1! No offense to the others on page one but I didn't want to join you! Lots of prayers that all waiting on page one hear "the news" real soon!

astra, I'm not sure if this information will help on the PGN list, but I FINALLY received pre-approval today from the Embassy. I will let you know an exact date that our pre-approval is handed to the PGN. We are hoping it will be the first of next week, if not on Friday. YAHOOO!! I'm just another step closer to bringing my angel home. C'mom PGN ~~ "LET MY PEOPLE GO!!"

we got a small update last night. The agency called us last night to tell us that our case is under PGN investigation. No explanation for the investigation was given. Thanks for keeping this list! Ralf
