I know this has been posted before? I am trying to come up with the wording on an announcement. I am going to use a digital photo and want to put a caption under it or over it. Any ideas??

I know we can't post sites on here, but google on 'adoption announcements' in quotes and you'll get some good hits. If you are spiritual you can also consider using scripture for the caption under the picture (like the "for this child I prayed" scripture. There is also other scriptures talking about adoption. Here is the wording on the inside of our announcement that I used for Connor:

Here is what I did with our referral pictures: I made this image such that I could just print it out as a 4X6 photo (either at home and any place that prints digital pictures). We've gotten a lot of positive comments about it. I'm already planning on doing something similar for the announcement (once we get him home).

We took a digital picture of the girls and put their arrival info next to each of their pictures and the poem "God Made us Sisters" over top the picture. It came out really nice, but the file is too big to post here so if anyone would like to see it feel free to PM me and I can email it.

Here is what we used for Rosy. I was very pleased with the result. We included our daughter Andrea's name and our oldest daughter, Jolie and her husband Tim. It made them happy when they saw that they were included inteh announcement.
