Here are a few pictures from the airport last night. Don't have any that are really organized with everyone looking in the right direction, but we'll get those later! Isabel is doing great. Her and Brian came home with a little cold but she doesn't seem to be scared at all, and her and Jasmine love to look at each other... I actually had to feed them in different rooms for a little while today cause they kept distracting each other. I'll post more pics when I have time, but I do have one question.... Does anyone know where I could get those large bottle nipples they use in the Gerber bottles down there? Brian couldn't find them in the supermarket by the hotel and now we only have one bottle with that size nipple and all the rest are the smaller ones they sell in the stores...and she isn't too crazy about them!!

You sure have a beautiful family there! So glad she's home now.
As for the bottles--same thing with us. The foster mom brought Connor a bottle & formula for us-which I was grateful for. Except the nipple on the Gerber bottle she had seemed so huge. The ones we had and could find were the 'regular' but smaller sizes. He didn't mind the transition, tho.

I had the same issue when my son was born as he only lwanted a certain nipple. I ended up having to order them off of the web. You might try that.

We had a problem with the large-size nipples too. The foster mother gave us two bottles to use, but the holes were so big the formula gagged and spilled all over our daughter. I then used the nipples I brought, but they were too small. We finally ended up cutting a larger hole in our smaller nipples--not too large at first--and kept working with it until it seemed just right. Hope this helps.

Our facilitator told us that those large nipples are actually normal sized nipples that have been boiled repeatedly. I guess the rubber can expand when it is boiled. I can't verify this information - as we haven't tried it yet. That is just what I was told.

She is so beautiful and happy!!!! I am so glad she is home. Try the Super Target for those nipples-I remember looking at the different varieties of Gerber nipples there.
