NY state department-Fast or Slow?
I was wondering if any New Yorkers could tell me if the state department processed paperwork quickly or if to expedite the process I should pay the extra money to have a courier? This is an extra document and our last on "Re-building" our dossier. So time does come into play. Any information would be helpful. Thanks
