Farewell PGN!!
I got "the call" Weds. night -- my case is out of PGN!! After, the feeling of being stunned and then scared (what I am thinking being a single mom?!), I am elated, bouncing off the walls!

Of course, I have no travel date yet -- need to wait until after Holy Week. My mother who will be traveling with me is also bouncing off the walls & is channeling her energy into finding the best airline deal she can. Thanks Mom!

Here's an interesting tidbit for those of you who, like me, have some serious questions about PGN's turnaround time -- the reviewer signed off on my case on March 1 -- Sr. Merida signed off on Mar. 16. Two and a half weeks!!?? Someone other than those of us waiting should find that unacceptable.

Oh, another thing . . . although I was kicked out of PGN for needing a Child Rights letter, it was never submitted. The 'notarial act' by my attorney apparently covered it . . . and much faster than if they had waited for my letter.

I am in the same place as you are - iie. out of PGN (as of 2/14/05) yet still waiting for birth certificate, etc.. Please pass on any flight deals your mom finds. Hopefully we will be traveling the 1st or 2nd week of April. Thanks
