what am I doing wrong in trying to put baby picture as avatar?
ARRRGH! I have tried over 15 times already to use Livvys picture as my avatar with the Irfan program and it STILL keeps coming up too big. I can get it to 80x60 pixels, and it turns out too large to post, and then when I keep cutting it down using the half button, the bytes are too large. If someone can tell me one more time-I would greatly appreciate it. I CAN post the regular pictures though-but just not the avatar pic.
