Marriage Liscense Question
I am trying to order my marriage liscense through vitalchek. It asks for your maiden name when you order. Can anyone tell me if it means my "maiden name" as in the same as my parents or does it mean "maiden name" as in the last name I had before I married my husband. When I got divorced I never changed my name back. This is all so confusing.
Thanks

I think they really want your maiden name - my marriage certificate has both my name at time of marriage and my maiden name (I also didn't change my name back when I was divorced).
