I was thinking of gathering those interested to meet for brunch to meet, rejoice, commiserate, etc. I was thinking that Plymouth Meeting might be an easy location for all of us to get to. There is a Cracker Barrel there, right on the blue route. I was thinking that maybe a Saturday, your kids would be welcome if you want to bring them. Perhaps 2/5 or 2/12? Anyone interested in an impromptu meeting of web friends??

If you don't mind a two-year-old in tow, and working around nap time -- usually 11:30-2:30, we'd love it! What about an early dinner somewhere like Maggiano's at the KOP mall (I don't know Plymouth Meeting yet!) Open to suggestions!

we live in bucks county; just sent dossier for state sealing, waiting on I171H to come, sent december 17, fingerprints done dec 31st. this will be our third after two bios (g & b, ages 7 and 4).

i could come the 12th, not the fifth (my daughter's 7th bday swim party!)

I could probably come on the 12th too. I think I would have to bring DH though, as a 2.5 year old and 11 month old make it impossible to have a conversation if I'm by myself.

Yay ladies! This will be so much fun. Ok, so let's do the February 12th- that sounds like it works for everyone- this is Valentine's weekend, so I am thinking the breakfast/brunch might be the preferred, since some might try and go out that evening? However, cast your vote and majority will rule.

2/12/05 at 10am- Cracker Barrel in Plymouth Meeting (easily family friendly, since it caters to travelers, yummy breakfasts, comfortable atmosphere, on blue route in plymouth meeting) OR

2/12/05 at 5pm- Plymouth meeting Mall food court- (right next to turnpike, eat what we want, sit as long as we want, huge carousel right next to the food court for the kids, shopping at Gymboree- wait, I am an addict! hopeless).

Cast your vote and mark your calendars for the 12th! I am really looking forward to it. Won't it be nice for all of our kids to have other Guatemalan children to grow up knowing. Won't it be nice to put a real person behind the email!

Moelladeville- from your area, Plymouth Meeting couldn't be easier. I will tell you how to get there. With the northeast extension, you are practically there!

While either is really okay with me, my little guy usually naps around 11 (we're up by 5:30)! If we could go a little earlier, it would prolong our window of no-likely-meltdown!

I can get to the Northeast Extension -- just tell me where to exit. I've seen signs for Plymouth meeting, but just haven't been there -- I do enough damage at KOP.

Let me know what the verdict is!

My goodness I'm dense. I am not free on the 12th because my son turns one, and we are having a big party for 18 kids and 20 adults! Now I wonder how I could forget something like that - maybe having two little kids and working, and being in denial about planning the party has something to do with it???!!! Anyway, sorry I won't be able to make it. I'd like to attend anything else you all have going on, so PM me or post if there are more get-togethers.

That is a great idea! Barring some unforseen occurrence , I should be able to make it on 2/5 or 2/12. I know where Cracker Barrell is (I'm from GA. so I eat there from time to time as it reminds me of down home cooking). I work 2 minutes away from Plymouth Meeting Mall.
