We are home! Life is WONDEFUL
We traveled last Wed, without pink. Although we did have the BC. We were stuck Wed. night in Houston due to the air traffic on controllers strike. We were finally reunited with Sophia on Thursday evening at 5:45. Sophia then proceeded to scream for 2 hours straight. She was very, very attached to her Foster Mom, which I know is great. But I felt so sorry for her.
The amazing thing is, by the next morning she was a lot better. She seems to be very attached to both Steve and I although it took a few more days for her to really bond with Steve, she now adores him and I think he gets more smiles then me  When we arrived we found out our BC had Steve's last name spelled wrong so our lawyer had to get a new one and got it in ONE DAY! From GC. We got the passport Friday and had pink Tuesday. Don't know how they did it all so fast and with the glitches but they did. We went to the embassy Wed. Arrived home last night. Sophia is already on a pretty good schedule. Very similar to the ones others posted earlier this week. She is in fact napping right now. To everyone still waiting, I didn't believe it, but its true, once you are home the pain goes away. I met lots of wonderful folks from the list! To you all, it was so nice to meet and talk to people I actually felt like I already knew. Elizabeth (Lady P), hope you are on the way home. Jen, hope you hear good news soon! Jenn

Congratulations, isn't it wonderful!!!! Although I am quite jealous, Juliet is 1 day younger than sophia and she does not nap during the day and she wakes up 2-3x a night. She was good when she came home 4.5 months ago, I don't know what happened. I hope Sophia stays on that good scheduel. Enjoy every minute of her because time flys fast. Mary post pics.

This is SO great to hear! You guys got your referral, like 2 weeks after us! So it has been a fairly long wait ... hope you will post some pix soon!
Glad you can survive the 2 hr screams -- I am anticipating a bit of that, myself. Can we ever live up to the foster moms? Linda
