Elias home 6 months!
Time really flyes and all I can say is that we are so thankful to have him home with us and to have battled trough the Hague period thanks to the help of this forum.
He's 9 months old and really coming out of "babyland". He has his own special way to crawl, he does it all with his arms and it looks quite funny. He's still very big for his age and has a huge amount of hair, I stopped counting the haircuts... He loves to be hugged and kissed, he really asks for it and of course I love that! Otherwise he says Mama, Papa, Dada... and it's incredible to see how much he loves and is loved by his brother. The perfect baby? Almost, he hates to be alone so cryes quite a lot some days when I'm not up to pick him up but this is just a stage. Loris just turned 5 and he's really an incredible cute and smart boy. All goes really well with him. I know that some of you are "scared" about a new law, we were there and I would like to tell you: don't give up and stay informed and especially keep the POSITIVE information in your heart so you will have the strenght to wait and battle to bring your child home! Courage to you, the day will come for you too. Here some pictures

 But Gingerella...if you got him at 3 months how long did the Hague actually hold you up? Or did it mess up another adoption for you from previous?? Newsie

Our lawyer did not give us referral during The Hague period, we were giving up and finally things opened again for us and we were able to accept a referral after 16 months. The positive part was that we waited without referral and were fortunate to bring our baby home at 3 months were others had had referral before the Hague and brought their babies when they were older.

Manuela,
The boys are just gorgeous! Loris is beginning to look so grown up! Five already! I think your Elias and my Jeremy are about the same size! Elias has much more hair, I'm guessing their hands and heads are very similar in size. I hope to post some photos soon and then you can see. It sounds like you are enjoying being a mother of 2. You have been doubly blessed. Thanks for the update! Kim

Your boys are absolutely adorable ....they both have alot of hair..but boy...I can see why Elias needs so many haircuts! You are very blessed...
