New to international adoption
We have decided to start looking into international adoption and I have been visiting this forum for about 2 weeks. I am very confused because everyone speaks in codes that I do not understand. Could someone help me out. What does PGN & PON stand for? I have heard through the grapevine that infant adoption is most easy through Guatemala. Truth?
