Hello from Tia! (a little update)
Tia heard that Elia and Myra had updates posted this week and she wanted to know why I had been so lazy! (j/k) I just wanted to share a few pictures of my little Guatemalan miracle. She will be 19 months old on Thursday - I'm afraid that an uninvted guest named Ivan will be making a special appearance for her 19th month celebration.
She has just started belting out so many words - I was honestly beginning to get concerned about her language development but all of a sudden she has just started talking. It is sweet music to our ears. For all of you in process - hang on - your day will be here before you know it. I hope that you can draw some comfort from seeing these little ones home - you will all be posting updates this time next year!!

How wonderful to see new pictures of little Beauty Bug! You will remember our little grandaughter is the same age, dob 2/18, so always fun to hear how you are doing. We are totally in love with her, of course. She, too, is just beginning to make words that we understand. She has, however, been talking for months, gestures and all....Haven't posted for some time but just had to tell you how wonderful she is. Nanny Fran Grant family who survived the Hague!

Bonnee! Thanks for the update! Tia is gorgeous! She looks like a little 'girl' now, and not longer a baby...isn't that sad? But fun all the same!
Glad to hear she's talking- Myra's has started to say more words lately too- it's fun. Thanks for sharing!
