Question International Families Adoption Agency in Phil., PA
Has anyone out there used International Families Adoption Agency on 518 S. 12th St. in Philadelphia, PA to adopt a child from Guatemala? If so, what was your experience. Please privately e-mail me with ANY comments. Thanks!!!!
