I guess I am just a few bricks shy of a load, LOL, but I can not find embassy email address! I've been to embassy site, unable to find where to email. I need to confirm when they received our DNA results.

Could someone give me the address. Thanks!

I can't find the email I used when inquiring about pre-approval, but I did get a response to that from

Guatemala.Adoptions@dhs.gov

I think this is the same email address I say last night on another post. I tried it and it was returned to me. I will try again to make sure.

that's the email address I use, I haven't had any returned yet as undeliverable, but then again I haven't had a response yet either.

I did send one to adoptguatemala@state.gov, but I received an email saying to use the guatemala.adoptions@dhs.gov instead.

Thank you both, I did not receive that mail was undelivered this time, so assuming it went through. I guess now I wait for a reply. Looks like things are moovving on and that is GREAT! I would just like the confirmation that embassy did indeed receive DNA. You know how it is!

This might be a dumb question but if we send an email to the embassy asking them to notify us when we get pre-approval, what do we say? Do we give them our name and our child's name? our attorney's name? I would love to have them email when we are approved.

I put our names, the adoptive dhilds birth name and birth date and just for kicks the birth Mothers name. I haven't had a response as yet but still trying....

I've emailed each week asking for confirmation that they received my DNA results and still haven't heard back from them. I know they are busy but I get worried that my DNA is lost somewhere in space
