Kick out because time has passed and your age has changed?
Do you know if people generally get kicked out because the age listed for them on the POA has changed? More specifically, do people generally have to redo their POA because when they submitted it they were 42 but now they are 43? Or is this just something that gets redone when your POA is kicked out for something else so that the POA is accurate as of the date it is done?
Thanks! |

I just looked at mine--and it just listed the month day and year-- it did not list the specific age--
I just can't believe it would matter--of course people age every year-- but as we have seen sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to what happens. I hope it doesn't matter-- since my homestudy and lots of other documents include ages. Lets hope for the best! We are on the same time frame-- have you been down for a visit yet? |

My case was in process for one year. By the time the case went to PGN I was 2 years older than when I did my dossier, and never was kicked out for anything age related.

I went from 39 to 41 during the process and did not get kicked out of PGN for this reason. Did have to redo a POA but for another reason.
