nashville/memphis cis office
Does anyone happen to know how to telephone the Memphis or Nashville CIS office in Tennessee? On CIS website, it only lists physical location; I tried the 800 number (for national CIS), was on hold for 18 minutes and couldn't wait any longer. Thanks in advance for any help.

Below is the number I used last September to get some info in the Memphis office.
I tried this today and it worked. Recently I needed a correction on my 171-H form and it was turned around within 5 days. So I hope they are able to respond quickly to you. Really keep trying until you speak to someone. My experience has not been great with leaving a message and getting a return call. I know they have had some changes in leadership so maybe this has changed. All the best! Melanie 901-544-0256

It has also been my experience that you will always get the answering machine if you call after 1:00pm. I have been told the best time to reach a person is between 9:30 and 12:00.
