Susana Luarca, adoption attorney in Guatemala,
Can anyone tell me if Susana works independently or does she work with different agencies in the United States to give out referrals?? I was telling a friend of mine, who is considering adoption from Guatemala about Susana and she would like to find out if it is possible to work with her.

I know she has a relationship with HAPS out of New Jersey, but I don't know if that relationship is exclusive (meaning, she ONLY works with HAPS). Some of that agencies attorneys work with other agencies as well I believe. Their website is www.haps.org I believe.

I had heard she works with Small Miracles (I think they are in a northeast state- PA perhaps?? Not sure)

I know she has her own hogar,I believe it quite small,but unsure of many facts. Hopfully Becky has more complete information on her.

Small Miracles International is in Midwest City Oklahoma. We're using them for our adoption and I think Susana does work with them as well.
