8-22-03 ? of day

Does or will your child have any siblings?

When Nick came home he did not, he was our first, but we knew he would in the future. Now that Holli is home they make our family complete. Just this morning Nick said Holli was his sister, but could not understand that he was the brother. I guess he just wants to be Nick.

Yes, Ian has 4 siblings waiting for him. He has 2 brothers - Kevin (14) & Greg (12). And he has 2 sisters - Abigail (9) & Rebecca (7). None of the kids live with us full time, so Ian will only see them when they visit. They are all very excited to get him home. The 14 year old is WAY too cool to show how excited he is about it but we can tell that he is.

Yes, a VERRY Happy Big Sister (to be) who cant waite to get "her baby" home. Our oldest is 8 (almost 9 now) and has been begging for a sister for YEARS. Even though she knew Mommie could not physically give birth (fertility issues) again, she kept saying "Well, go get me a SISTER, I don't care where she comes from, Guatemala, China etc. JUST GET ME A SISTER!!" Needless to say she is as excited as we are about the new baby!

So here we are in PGN waiting on "that sister" lol lol

By the way DH and I cant waite for her to come home either!
Can't waite to have 2 spoiled little girls! He He

Gabriella is our first child!

Though she has many people eagerly awaiting her arrival!

But we are already starting the process to adopt our second daughter from China. At this point, we will probably name our second daughter Grace but that is a ways off and our name choice could change!

Jayden Maria will be our 3rd child. She has a sister who is 15 and a brother who is 12. They are both so excited to have another child join our family.

We are almost ready to start on the next addition and (I think) that will be it for us. I will be happy with 4, my husband however has not agreed that four is enough so we will see what the future holds.

As many of you know I have three bio boys. My oldest is 8, then 5 1/2 , then 3. My oldest son has wanted a little sister since my middle guy was born. Of course, now he would never trade his brothers for anything(most days)but they are all so excited to bring Isabel home. The waiting is very hard on them-they don't understand why it takes so long.
So, with three boys and one DH I am a little bit outnumbered. I am looking forward to having a girl to be on my side. I am not really sure what to do with a daughter but I am sure I will figure it out!

Kind of - two long-hair dachshunds! Caesar and Beena have been such an integral part of our lives that we see our family growing to three children. We're hopeful we'll be able to adopt a little sister - the human kind - for Gabriel, most likely from China, as soon as we can.

Isaiah is excited about becoming a big brother. We try not to talk about it too much with him, but don't want it to a big "shock" either. Every so often he'll ask "where's my girl?"

We hope to do one more adoption after we get Magdalene home. We would like to adopt from China as well, but I think 3 will probably round out our family. We really a min. of 4 little ones with a max. of 6. We have to think about college funds and retirement before too long.

Our little girl will come home to two sisters (soon to be 4 and soon to be 16) and one sister (soon to be 17), who is away at school and will visit occasionally. Also, she should have a baby brother by then. Her sisters are very excited to have both a baby brother and little sister coming there way soon. If we survive three little ones, we hope to add at least one more (little boy?).
