We used to do polls like this before all of this madness started. I just found out our case HAS been entered into pgn, just don't know the date yet. So let's see where we all are??

We are waiting for Ayana (Flor De Maria). She will be 8 mos on 8/23 (boohoo). We sent our dossier to Guat 3/10/03. Our atty was one of the 97 granted an amparo and I am guessing our case was probably submitted to pgn on Monday, 8/11/03 (after being out of FC and DNA totally done since 6/18). We are also proud parents to our son Alex who was adopted from Guatemala who is now our "big boy" at 21 mos of age. NEXT..............

We are waiting for Katelyn Nicole (Mayra Elizabeth). She was 6 mos on 8/8 . Our atty has not filed an amparo. Our case was re-submitted to PGN on August 8. We originally entered PGN on 6/19 and were rejected to CA. On 7/19 CA rejected our file because they did not want to deal with it.

We are also proud parents to our daughter Alexis (Lexie) Danielle who was adopted from Guatemala and is already 2 years old

We are also in PGN, as of Aug. 12. We're waiting for our first child, Gabriel, who is seven months old. We're considered a transition case, though that term probably no longer exists. We're anxious to see what will be PGN's next move.

Our baby Christian will also be 8 mos old on 8/23. We just received new pictures of him sitting up. ( so sad to miss these milestones). We have had our DNA and are pre aproved. Attempted pgn in July but were rejected. My attorney did the amparo and was to submit to pgn last week. I haven't heard if we are in but I hope so. I'm ready for Christian to be home.

Hello,
I am hoping that our case was entered into PGN today!! Still waiting confirmation from my facilitator in Guatemala. We have finished family court, have DNA done and have the Embassy pre approval.

I hope and pray everyday that the PGN returns to normal and that all of our precious children come home soon.

Let's see...we are waiting for Ethan who turned 6 mos old on August 6. We entered PGN, it got kicked over to CA. Refiled with PGN under interim rules on 8-8 , now being told it has to be RE-refiled under old rules...hoping it is being done tomorrow.

We were one of the 97 amparos. We have been out of FC since April and stalled out until this month. We are in PGN currently.

We are waiting to bring Hannah home who turned 9mths old 8/7/03. We recvd our referral in Dec. Entered PGN in March. Been waiting on the final signature since April to be finalized. Why can't the director of the PGN just sign already!!!

We have been in PGN since around July 1st. I am very hopeful we get the call soon to bring Joseph home soon. I hope we all get to bring our babies home soon.
