Pre June 30th - ??
We accepted a referral in April pre our dossier being ready. Dossier was sent and being translasted with POA mid June. Would this be considered pre-June 30? I know no one but but my agency will really know - and I'm waiting to hear from them - but this is one of those that doesn't seem as clear....

I have the same question. We, too, received our referral and are now in translation, with POA filed. We were told by our agency that as long as the POA is recorded prior to the 30th of June we are in. However, after Ethica's wording today, I am unsure also.
