How long ago did most of you get your dr visits. I read where Kesti had to re do hers. We had our exams last Aug and our son just had his in Jan. Does anyone know when is too long ago?

Our last adoption our visits were about 9 mos old once we entered pgn and now we at 8 mos ago with this adoption.

they expire in a year
thats before any new rules that may or may not be
in place
i know that after may 1
all documents 26 of them...have to be translated
thats all the actual factual changes so far
that i have been told about pgn.
mine are in translation now...and i made sure i asked
that all of them get done now...rather than later

I thought all documents were translated anyway???? Or is this 26 new documents that the lawyers have to do. Also as far as I have seen those of us with poa before march 5 fall under the old pgn rules????? I am so full of questions and confusion.

I too am curious about this news , as most of you know we left PGN Monday of this week, but now our lawyer is frantically trying to get everything done so we can get her out of the country by April 30th, since everything is closed for Easter I cant ask if this is because of this new rule, we to fell under the old PGN rules, does anyone know if this applies to all cases even ig you follow the old rules? Mary

how old is old

We were told by our agency that the doctor's letters and the employment letter cannot be more than 3-months old at the time you get your referral.
