Gladney now has a registry. If both birth parent and adoptee sign up on the registery there is a "match". Go to www.gladney.org to read more about the process and requirements. I was recently reunited with my daughter after 23 years. The registry started the process. Give it a try. Good luck!!

Hey, its great to hear you were "matched" with your child. I have already submitted my information to the Gladney Registry and received a response back that there is not a match at this time. Hopefully there will be one in the future!

Did you happen to stay at the Maternity home? My Bmother was there and I am dying to get in touch with her...I was born 5/16/81...I hope you were able to reunite with your daughter!

I'm a reunited Gladney adoptee and Gladney bmom. Here is a list of all the girls born on July 22, 1981 in Tarrant County (Gladney's county). Have you received any non-ID info from Gladney about your daughter? You should request it - there might some details that might help narrow down this list.
