I gave birth to a fair skinned caucasion baby girl with dark hair and blue eyes on 7-22-1981 in Ft Worth, TX Tarrant County at the Edna Gladney Adoption Home. I am hoping to contact my birth daughter. I would love to learn about you and how your life has been. I will be happy to answer your questions and share with you your (birth) family history and pertinent medical history.

Gladney now has a registry. If both birth parent and adoptee sign up on the registery there is a "match". Go to www.gladney.org to read more about the process and requirements. I was recently reunited with my daughter after 23 years. The registry started the process. Give it a try. Good luck!!

Hey, its great to hear you were "matched" with your child. I have already submitted my information to the Gladney Registry and received a response back that there is not a match at this time. Hopefully there will be one in the future!
