Medical History:
Maternal: Birth mother has allergies to bee stings, poison oak, and schumack. Her grandmother has emphysema and liver failure, placed on oxygen and life support system 1986-1987. Her brother has allergies to many foods and had a heart murmur at birth. Her mother, father and sister are nearsighted. Her father developed Hodgkins disease, age 34, and his father also had Hodgkins disease. Mother, sister and Paternal grandfather have hypoglycema.
