Iso birth sibling 7/10/80 adopted from Gladney center

ISO Birth Sibling born 7/10/1980 at JPS hospital in Forth Worth, TX and adopted from the Gladney center. Sibling is Bi-racial.
I have contacted the Gladney center and she contacted the center about 5 years ago but none after that.
