Hi, We are a young couple (22 years old) who is getting married in April of this year. We have been together for seven years and are very happy together. We are both professionals (I have a BA with 2 degrees as well). We want to have biological children one day, but before that, we are very interested in adopting an infant and providing he/she with a loving home. We have a few questions about adoption.
First, has anyone used dearbirthmother.com or adoption.com or know of anyone who has and their experiences? Also, b/c we are a younger couple, do you think our chances of adopting will be more difficult? Also, where do we begin and what kinds of costs should we expect (looking to adopt in the USA)? Lastly, will the fact that we live in a 2 bedroom apartment (not a house) weigh heavily on us in a negative way?
