I hear ya about the photos. Getting them from family and friends is always a good option, too!

I don't know if this will help, if you have a scanner, scan the pictures and then print them on photo paper. If you don't have a scanner or printer take your pictures to Kinko's or some place like it and have them scan and print the pictures. Kinko's can be a bit expensive so you may want to weight out the cost and purchase a good scanner printer. I recently bought the Lexmark 83 scanner/printer and it prints out great photos.

I know how it feels to want to put together a great layout of photos. We recently re-wrote our dear birthmother letter and our photo album because of all of the great ideals I learned from several of the adoption forums.
