I got some good news today
Hi everyone,
As most of you know my state refuses to let me use my homestudy out of state without buying it first. I have now worked out an agreement with my agency that they will be paid upon finalization of our adoption either by a Purchase of Service agreement or throught the military reimbursement program. So, that means I can work with any state. Angel

Homestudy
Dear Angel:
