My name is Harriet Webster. I live in Albany, NY. I have a fosterson who has lived with me since he was 2 months old. On March 6 I was advised by the County that I should prepare him to return to his father. His father has been very inconsistant in his life. He started visiting him when he was 6 months old. Between September of 1996 and March of 1997 he visited with his son 12 times. These were 8 hr unsupervised visits. All other visit were i hour supervised. My foster son's father has not visited with him since May of 1999and before that it was December 1998. I am very interested in adopting my fosterson an would be interested in an open adoption.
