Need help with agency suggestions
Hello, we are looking to adopt domestically, a baby to toddler girl. We are not going to go the foster route because its lengthy and undependable. Want to stay under $30, and dont want to wait 5 years either. Does anyone have suggestions?
FYI race is unimportant as well!
