Keane Center for Adoption, or other Michigan agencies?

Hi. I would like input from anyone who has used the Keane Center for Adoption in Dearborn, MI, good or bad. Also, if anyone has a recommendation for another reasonably-priced agency in Michigan, that would be great. We are looking to adopt a biracial or AA newborn.
