What to ask
We have our first meeting with an adoption agency on Friday. I'm getting excited but nervous as well. Can you think of any questions that I should ask the agency? We're looking at newborn domestic adoption.

Thanks! It went really well; we liked the agency. Original plan was to begin everything after the first of the year but they told us we could be looking at a 2-3 year wait so we decided to go ahead and get the ball rolling! We're excited about beginning the process!

Wow. A 2-3 year wait? That's a long wait, but it's very important that you are comfortable with your agency. Congrats on starting the process, as our SW told us, it's not about IF now but WHEN!
