We are currently working with Heart to Heart. I just started using these forms, but if you don't mind posting your email, I can email you (I don't like to post mine because it contains my last name).

How did your experience end up going with Heart to Heart in UT? I am doing my research on them now.

We didn't end up going with H to H. We went with an adoption consultant instead...signed in June and matched in August! Best of luck to you in your research!
