Advice on American Adoption, KS Please (and Heart to Heart, UT)

Hi,
I am pretty new here and looking for advice on American Adoptions.
I have talked with them about their agency assisted program for AA babies.

If any one has feedback on them for any of there programs I would love it.

They seem too good to be true, but maybe they are?

Also anything on Heart to Heart in Utah. I called the licensing agency about them today and have a few questions about them.

OR any other recommendations for an agency that needs families for AA children.

Anyway, thanks for even reading this far...

Anyone ever get the Kansas Licensing info on American Adoptions? I am trying, but it is a hard state to get info from.
