Nervous About Advertising
Help! We have our home study completed but need to find our child/ren. What do we do now? Facilitators are illegal in our state, as is advertising. I think we can advertise in other states. It seems so scary, though! I'd love to hear some reassuring success stories! As far as agencies, the one I contacted in state has not gotten back to me (in three weeks! seems like a bad sign), and the few I contacted out of state so far said either they aren't accepting new families or can't work with us where we are. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks!

What kind of adoption are you wanting to do? Infant? Can't you conact other agencies in your state? Advertise by word of mouth?

Yes, we have told family and friends to keep their ears open but so far no luck there. I am just getting discouraged at how clueless it feels to be where we are right now!
