Agency Feedback--Lutheran Social Services

Everything we've ever heard about LSS is great--we've volunteered with them for foster care respite days and buying birthday gifts for their foster children through our last church. I'm just looking for people who might have adopted through them and their experiences, especially with open adoptions and international adoptions from Russia and Ukraine. PMs please, as per forum rules.
