Agency recommendations
We are looking for caucasian, hispanic programs
-may have low or no application (under $500) -good reputation and ethical -placements under $25,000 We live in Ohio. We have 2 daughters who we adopted from birth. Most of our current Ohio choices cost at least $1000 to begin search. Both of our past 2 adoptions have been from other sources so we lost that money. Thanks
