Keane Center for Adoption - Dearborn, MI

Has anyone heard of Keane Center for Adoption in Dearborn, MI? We're debating between a couple of agencies and we're hoping to get some honest input.
If you haven't heard of them, what's your opinion on smaller agencies? They encourage you to promote yourself outside of their advertising. ParentProfiles.com, etc.
