We just got a letter from our adoption agency that they're no longer accepting new applicants for their domestic infant program (this is after we'd already begun our homestudy
). This is our second adoption, and I have no idea where to go next since this agency was the only one we'd considered... We're in Maryland, but it seems like a lot of people choose agencies out of state. Please PM me with any advice or recommendations-- even though I've been through this process before, for some reason I feel completely lost this time! I'm open to any suggestions or recommendations you can share... |

That's terrible! I'm so sorry.
I don't have a specific agency to recommend, but I know of a Yahoo group that can help you research domestic agencies. I'll PM you the name of the Yahoo group so you can request to become a member. It's got a wealth of information; tons of agency reviews and I'm sure you can find plenty of reviews on there. Erica |
