Is There Enough Help For Adoptive Couples?
Besides this forums and other blogs, do you feel there is enough help specifically for adoptive couples going through the adoption process?
For example... 1. How to build a good blog (things I didn't know starting out and had to do a ton of research to find) 2. How to understand what an expecting mother is going through 3. How to communicate by email better with potential expecting mothers ...and much more... Let me know what you think.... |

Probably not if you aren't working with an agency. We had to pay a consultant to walk us through the first few months. She was VERY expensive to say the least. We had no choice as our state has very few licensed agencies and very long waiting lists. It's big business I guess.
Just be glad you found this site and people like me who will share our experience for free. ![]()
