Agency Recommendations...
My husband and I are interested in adopting an AA. biracial, or Hispanic baby. Can anyone recommend an agency and/or share their experiences? Right now we are trying to decide between domestic and Ethiopia. I am curious about how long you waited for a match and whether or not there are agencies that place the baby after he or she is born and already placed for adoption (instead of matching you with a birthmother during preg).
Thank you so much! Rachel PS: We live in a suburb of Detriot, MI. Has anyone sucessfully adopted an infant from the child welfare system? How do you go about that?

We adopted domestically through a facilitator. From time of signing to bringing our baby home was about 7 months.
