Help - choosing an agency
I have gotten lots of information on various agencies in the country, but I just don't know how to choose. We are hoping to adopt a full CC infant. We live in Maryland, but do not want to adopt in our state for a few reasons. We have been looking into agencies in Utah, Texas, Florida, Oregon, Kansas and South Carolina. Mainly because consent is irrevocable in these states. Am I correct on that fact? Any states that you would recommend to adopt from?
You can PM me with any helpful info, advice, etc. I would greatly appreciate it. I feel so overwhelmed and confused  Thanks in advance.
