My Fiancee has a daughter that we pay child support on (it's just one of our bills) and we see her maybe 4 weeks a year MAYBE (haven't seen her now for a year and a half, due to move) She lives in Wa state and we are in FL. Dose she count as a child in our house and also do we have to claim her as part of our finacial for the income we make? I ask this because we do pay child support on her and cost of living for each person is highier and she isn't even in our home long enough to matter other then she dose come and visit us. We love her visits, and see why they want to know about her since she comes for a short time. I just don't think she should count against us for fiancial, since we pay our support for her and we will then claim her on our bills area of the fiancial chart.
