Agency/Law Firm Question

We have been researching all our options and are attempting to narrow down our choices. I'm hoping to get some feedback on one more place -- I checked the agency feedback posting and I only seen one person who used them (I have PM'd them) - but haven't heard back yet. In the mean time I'm hoping someone else might be able to help out. Anyways it's a lawfirm out of California called Adopthelp. Any feedback thoughts or otherwise would be appreciated.
